Nebraska gets $4.48 million to help small businesses « Back to Search Results

Nebraska’s Department of Economic Development said Tuesday it has received $4.48 million from the U.S. Treasury Department’s State Small Business Credit Initiative to help new business, create jobs and spur investment in startups.

The money is the third and final installment of $13.2 million that the state has received since 2011 under the federal program and dispensed through the Nebraska Progress Loan Fund and the Nebraska Progress Seed Fund.
